Counter Offer Insurance Settlements

slavery, servitude, forced labor

One issue that has me occupied, not that I have missed, but there is much in between, feelings of anger, helplessness, that expire at the lawyer and give way to the militant. I decided to start by enumerating the plexus policy that protects victims of these terrible crimes, which remove even more deleted dignity and subjectivity. Basically, in summary trafficking, slavery, in relation to sexual and labor exploitation, but are not limited to these. The subject is vast, so in subsequent entries will address the substance of each of the Conventions. Just for now I can say that we are talking about basic human rights, guarantees and that they by definition require the State party, as is the custodian of the legally protected. In our country in recent years made a lot, but missing, always missing. By the time a sample that can be given is slavery in the workplace and believe that the state controls so far have been insufficient, given the events with private companies such as Nidera among others. Of course not just a matter of blaming the state just like that, but to deepen and to see the irresponsibility and perversion of the private sector. The task of the popular, reflection, reporting, and commitment to building citizenship. We do all and sundry.
Finally a video of a tremendous artist SILVIA GERS with a great theme, NO DEAL.
List of International Conventions that protect human rights and pursue these crimes: (This well presented seems not say much, but it says a lot, which is that we have instruments to defend). Slavery Convention

Protocol Amending the Slavery Convention signed at Geneva on September 25, 1926
Convention on the Abolition of Slavery, the Slave Trade and Institutions and Practices Similar to Slavery Convention

Forced Labour Convention
Abolition of Forced Labour Convention for the Suppression of the Traffic in Persons and Exploitation of prostitution
Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children, supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime.
